Vittorio Bonaffini

Vittorio Bonaffini studies audiovisual communication at the university ‘La Sapienza’ in Rome.

Between 2009 and 2012 he began as TV producer in TBWA, founding the online platform ShooTV winning a bronze at Cannes Lions festival of creativity for a special project with ‘McDonalds’. In 2015 he started creating video content with MCSaatchi UK for clients such as Peroni, Nike, Carhartt, Barilla.

In New York he continues his studies in advertising filmmaking and screenwriting dedicating himself to advertising direction with the first TV commercials, for MINI BMW and Figurine Panini, the first commercial of the Italian company filmed in New York. He Subsequently moves to Milan and collaborates with DLVBBDO, M&C Saatchi, Havas, Publicis signing the direction of a film series for Yamaha, within the ‘Faster Sons’ project, an automotive series winning various awards in Italy and Europe with the creative direction of Federico Pepe (DLVBBDO), and for BMW collaborating on the scripts of films and various branded content.

In recent years, his works have been appreciated for storytelling, taking advantage of the attention to details, crafting and acting of each single project.

The latest advertising works are for the likes of Iveco, Roger Vivier, Barilla, Save The Children, Peroni, Unicredit.

In 2020 he made his first short film ‘FAREWELL’, shot in 16mm, and that will be distributed by Premiere Film starting from 2021.
